The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff were particularly helpful, assisting with our inquiries and any other needs we had. We also appreciated the complimentary wifi, which made staying connected during our Easter break much easier.
The rooms were quite warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The noise from outside and inside the hotel also kept us up at times.

The shower was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. the hotel is located near many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the city.
The room was very hot and uncomfortable, with only a small fan to cool it down. Plus, the dogs in the neighborhood barked early in the morning and late at night, making it difficult to sleep.

We had a great stay at a centrally located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and a helpful reception staff. the hotel is within walking distance to the center, making it convenient for exploring. the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot water and great shower pressure in the bathroom. the friendly and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home.
The WiFi signal in the room was a bit weak, which sometimes made it difficult to use applications like Skype.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Trujillo. The room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The hotel itself was super clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Maria and Rosa, were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the center of the city. Taxis were always available when I needed them. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, central location, and friendly staff made this a top-notch place to stay.
